Status and scope

This Inspector and Connector Terms applies to the relevant FixMyStorefront website, product or service. A signed proposal, order form, statement of work or data agreement controls where it expressly conflicts.
Authorization and scope
A connector is enabled only by an authorized store representative. Inspector is designed for read-only technical review using expressly granted permissions; it does not authorize us to change a store automatically.
Data boundaries
Configured snapshots focus on versions, extensions and selected health signals. Customer, order, payment and credential data are excluded from the standard support snapshot. The user can review requested access and disconnect the connector.
Contact and updates
Questions and formal notices should be submitted through the secure contact or request form on this website. Do not send passwords, payment data, customer records or production credentials.
We may update this document prospectively. The effective date identifies the current version; material contractual changes follow the notice terms in the applicable agreement.
